Project Goals
For this I was working with my Senior Designer and Creative Director for a real estate brochure she was designing and need a few components completed. I designed a proximity map, with some geographical markers in accordance with a property for sale. I also created the Current Rent Roll page, and a Unit Mix Graphic.

I built a lot of the design assets in illustrator, and used a bit of photoshop for the proximity map. Everything was placed into indesign. I kept the current theme of the blues with the white text to carry it throughout the brochure. The hardest part was completing the map, and including everything but still having it be easy to read.
